Governance
The Hope Scholars program is a division of Nexus Foundation Australia (ACN 116 507 101). Nexus is managed by a multi-disciplinary team of individuals who share a passion for social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Nexus is an endorsed tax concession charity (TCC) limited by guarantee. Nexus operates a member based model, with members duly appointing directors of the entity. Nexus is guided by a board of directors. The board appoints all key operational team members. Directors and Operational team members are voluntary contributors. Directors and Operational team members are non salaried/non remunerated staff.
